| 1. | When entering transactions manually on the Maintain Transactions screen, the program would not allow you to manually distribute more than one transaction without having to close and reopen the program. This has been corrected. (Case PD-467) |

| 1. | When gathering 1099s, the program would return an error message if a payee had a missing or incomplete mailing address, but the message was not user friendly. This has been corrected, so that the error message now includes which landlord or vendor is incorrect and which part of the address is incorrect. (Case: PD-453) |

| 1. | When conducting a Tenant Screening (from the Person screen in WinTen²⁺), we have added data validation before submitting to ResidentCheck. For each person submitted, the data validation requires a Date of Birth and at least one Physical Address. It also requires all Physical Addresses to include Address Line 1, City, State, and Zip. (Case PD-476) |

| 1. | Box 12g of form W-2 incorrectly included only the employee's contribution amount. This has been corrected, so that it now shows the combined contribution of both the employee and the employer. (Case PD-463) |
